Q. What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ varies by product line. Standard gel strips and deco stickers typically start from 10,000 to 20,000 units. Semi-cured gel strips and Mirrorfit Art Nails can be discussed from 5,000 to 10,000 units per artwork. Custom trial allocations may be arranged upon consultation.
Q. Do you support custom Private Label (OEM/ODM) packaging?
Yes, 100%. All our product categories are available for turnkey OEM/ODM production. Our in-house packaging engineers and design lab accommodate custom boxes, blister cards, hanging pouches, and bespoke branding.
Q. What is the standard production lead time?
Production takes approximately 35 to 45 days following final artwork approval and initial deposit confirmation. Repeat orders can often be expedited depending on scheduled factory queue.
Q. Do you provide international export compliance & safety documents?
Yes. All SHINE B products comply with international safety norms (ISO 22716 GMP, CPST, SGS). We provide comprehensive technical dossiers, MSDS, Certificate of Analysis (COA), and ingredient declarations for international customs clearance.
